My boy is in pri2. Everything seemed good. English spelling every week. Chinese depends sometimes weekly or else will inform them one week in advance. Teachers are nice, they take time to understand each pupils. I am happy with the school. My only complain is that CCA starts at 3. But my son enjoys the time he spends after school.

Hi
May I know what time does the CCA usually start and end? Does the student need to go to school during weekends? -
Hi ADave & Tokidoki
We are Sโporean Chinese. Since the whole family was outstationed overseas for 6 years. my boy spent most of his growing up years overseas so MOE took that into account to be fair to him. So my boy is learning the language but it will not affect his overall result.
Just interested to find out what is a good CCA in Nan Hua? I noticed that Violin is not longer one of the CCA. -
2 pairs of twins and a set of triplets beat the odds and got 7 out of the 28 places available for the phase 2C balloting.

Hi, my girl got a place in 2a1 for next yr.. Hope to know more mummies n daddies and exchange tips n tots.

I read thru this thread realized kid need to wake up very early even distance is near sch.
For existing parents with kid taking sch bus, may I know if the sch bus charges are standard or depends on location and hows the safety precaution like? Is it 1 aunty helper only or more? Big coach bus or mini bus??
Thanks! -

They are strong in Table-tennis, Volley ball, wushu and chinese dance.Hi,
Need some feedback from parents of existing students. Now and then, I hear comments about Nan Hua being too academic driven and doesn't provide a holistic learning environment. The school's CCAs are also not strong. What do you parents think?
Also, I noted they have many new teachers on board this year. How are the teachers generally? Are they nice and caring? Do they teach or leave to parents to enrich their own kids?
Appreciate any sharing. Thank you
Find the new teachers' standard quite good and presentable. -
