      phtthp:
St James kindergarten is a playground for kids of rich TaiTai, mediacorp artistes, doctors practioners, lawyers, bankers aiming for primary schools like ... Nanyang, ACS, SCGS, etc.

they like St James because it is a place whereby besides allowing their kids to learn, also a place for them to network socially amongst themselves. Also, many parents like the curriculum, bec it is learn through play and exploratory method type. For kids at this age 3-6, this method works well.

another drawing attraction is St James kindy has got a list of enticing and very good enrichment programmes, at the kindergarten premises.
Explains why my kids not there...I don't like to network/socialise...and I don't care for those programmes. LOL

Orchard Road is 7.4 km from NYPS according to Google Map.

I wonder did NYPS tell her that there is practically no hope for >2km balloting under 2B when she signed up for volunteer.

Be fair to NYPS, there is no way to tell two years ahead what the situation be for phase 2B two years later

and every one goes in with 4 eyes open - there is no guarantee. it is a calculated venture

I know of schools which will advise volunteers if they ballot at 1 or 1-2 km at certain phases year after year. Knew this when I enquire about PV at certain schools or just asking about 2C. The schools just told me not a chance.

why are people obsessed with which school the so-called celebrities’ kids are in ?

why the ‘fetish’ with them ?
