Yup first thing avoid air-con and fan blowing directly at the kid…and you might want to try "Breathe Right" kids nasal strips…worked like miracle on my DD, bought from Guardian.

      Wish your child sleep well.

\"Breathe Right\" is simple and straight. But if want to use salt water to wash because of allergy or sinus, can try this one: http://www.neilmed.com/sg/index.php

Actually these symptoms is due to hypersensitivity of the body. It is caused by things like dust mites/smoke/dust/change of weather and so on. It can’t be cured and western medication can only relieve your symptoms. When you have a sinus attack (or blocked nose), what actually happens is the inner lining of your nose become swollen. Using the "breath right" stripe will only open up the nasal canal so that u can breath. But the problem of having the sinus is not cured.

I am a sinus suffer for 20yrs. I would get a sinus attack at least once a week, so I would take 1 antihistamine daily to relief my symptoms. After taking the med for about 1 yr , I then found out my bladder is weakening. I have frequent urination and my bladder can never feel empty. I m not even 40 yet!! I have tried breath in steam, and the salt water rinse, but they don’t work.

So I was introduced to Teviron negative ion clothing. My sinus cavities dried up just after using the face mask for a day. Since that day I never have to take antihistamine and my bladder problem also cured. (Those of you who are interested can PM me). I am not the only one that have their sinus improved by this clothing.

Bottom line is that, sinus/frequent blocked nose is not to b taken lightly. Some doc may say that it may go away as u age, but it was reported just yesterday on the news that it is getting more and more common now a days. Scary…

Somebody PM me in regards of the Teviron clothing, but she doesn't allow replies?!?! Anyway, I'll just roughly share here.

For kids with asthma/sinus, they must wear the shirt and a scarf. The 2 items come up to about $250 at member price. If you want, you can buy also the pants, undies and socks, that would be about $350. The items can b bought from Singapore.

The clothing can b washed and reuse again. As long as you wash it properly, the negative ion effect will always maintain. The clothing can be used for years.

If you look at the long run it is really worth the money spent. Just calculate the amount of money needed to spend on TCM or \"breath right\" strips. The best thing is that the clothing can improve the body's hypersensitivity. Negative ion therapy has been around for ages, it is known to improve blood circulation, strengthen immune system, increase cell metabolism and balance autonomic nerves. You can find alot of info on negative ions on the internet 😄

Hi, my 4 yr old girl had the same problem in the past. Her nose was always blocked at night and she would snore during her sleep. Doctor advised to use nasal spray once every night for at least 2 to 3 months. The nasal spray (comes in green cap) can be bought from any clinic or pharmacy. Since using it, she has been able to sleep better without feeling breathless.

my only DS is 11 now. Had been suffering from sinus since infancy.
Seen TCM in EYS-Main Branch, Beijin TongRengTang - Alexandra Hospital, and numerous western doctors... helped a bit.
Most effective for my DS was Chung Hwa Clinic - Toa Payoh, pls refer him to 陈南星(副院长) (only available Saturday, 1.00pm-4.30pm) and seen lot of improvement. refer to this link for the schedule.
