Registration Fees\t: $8 per submission (including buffet and Lucky Draw)

Closing Date\t: 30th September 2009 (wednesday 12pm)
\t\t (Limit to 20 participants on first come first served basis)
1st : $120 NTUC Voucher
2nd: $100 NTUC Voucher
3rd : $80 NTUC Voucher
2 merits:
$50 NTUC Voucher
Materials used limited to recycle items. e.g.: plastics bags, chops sticks, drinks cans…
Maximize lantern size: 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm
Judging will be conducted during Mid Autumn Festival Party
