Hi Mvm, they are shoes for lightweight toning. You can wear them for walking/running/exercising. The shoes has a diagonal bottom that adjust your stride. Initially when you tried on it, you might feel it's weird on your feet. But trust me you will get used to it pretty fast & enjoy running in it. There are different models that cater for different needs. If knee support is your concern, they do have one new design that gives you the extra cushioned base that protects your joints. The sales personnel told me the design was such that it will spread the impact from your knees. If I remember correctly the price for that is more than $200 but less than $300.

I bought my Shape-ups Liv Skechers for $150+ inclusive of GST at causeway point last Sunday. Saw a few old models on 50% discount.

walking and running will help slim down. My DH lost 10 kg in 10 weeks just from running and lost 4 inches off the waist.

            wow hello MVM,

How often and how much did your DH run? Tht is amazing! I find it hard to keep the discipline of running!

At Ohmsantih yoga place, I did power yoga and lost 8kg over 5 months. Not fantastic compared to slimming product but definitely I feel and look alot healthier than visiting all those slimming places & swallowing slimming tablets. Best of all, I was toned up all the same time. Happy & satisfied!
