I think I missed quite a number of pages too. The pages keep flying and I have not even fished reading the earlier pages.

St. Nicks is not an IP sch yet, only starts in yr 2013. Anw, u shld not get below NJC.[/quote]

So how about this two IP schools: River Valley and Cedar Girls? What's their JC? Which choices shd I place them in based on my score? :please:

I m quite worried that he wont be able to manage :roll:[/quote]My DD took Japanese and dropped in Sec 1 because it was very difficult to cope if the child has an active CCA. The schools are not very understanding about third language and she was asked to skip so many classes that in the end the results from Japanese affected her overall GPA. She dropped the third language and then picked it up as a uni course. She loves it now.

Let both child A and child B get the same score 250+3. Will their chances of getting into sch A be different if child A put sch A as his first choice but child B only put sch A as his third choice?

Don't get distracted. Never choose a sch by virtue of its branding and prestige. Distance is also a main consideration as is a 6-yr programme going IP rote.

All the schs u hve in mind prepare yr dd adequately for A-level, probably the most challenging exam she's going to take.

Hahaha...your question is just like the one I asked in the RGPS thread. DD was also interested in Japanese, but she now has second thoughts. Scared she cannot cope.
