      Usually 4 classes with 25 or 26 pupils each.

        I see, so excluding GEP, 26% of mainstream scored above 250…


        How does this compare with other "top" schools and is this better historically?

        Sorry, just curious to know more about NYPS…

            98-99 of them. 98 of them got Math A* too!

                  About 45% of NYPS p6 pupils got 250 or above. If I am not wrong, it is 218. There are maximum 100 geppers got 250 or above. It means that more than 100 mainstreamers got 250 or above. Well done!


                  So is it 45% or 40%?? 218 out of how many in the cohort? :scratchhead:

                    I went to kaypoh around..

                    RGPS has 41.3%
                    PH has ~40%
                    TaoNan ~31%
                    Rulang ~16%
                    Kong Hwa ~16%

                    Looks like NY has the highest if the %tage is indeed 45%..

                      Looks like NY has the highest if the %tage is indeed 45%..

                      But they have more GEPPERs ... 🙂

                        Just to clarify, I heard that PH has 26% (>= 250) this year, not 40%

                        40% is really a bridge too far for a non-GEP school.

                        I also heard that NH has more than 40% (>= 250).
