I'm actually looking forward to it, quite fun to have things to do.
The fengshui's been approved, my brother approved.

And best of all, my father got someone to help me take down my favourite crystal lights and installed in my new place! If I had to leave my crystal light in this house, I might .

erm, I stay quite far from HDB, so never see garang guni often. we are moving to in law's for the moment lor.so we can't have too many things to move, else very cramp and also many furniture are old, might as well /givE sell it off. :lol:

anyone has experience with cash converter? are they reasonable in quoting? cos if we ask them to come up and if the prices they give are not gd, then we have to pay them transport fee i tink.

I dunno any garang gun man leh, only know cash converter, didn't know they under-quote wor.

Try calling Collin Tan (83561006) of Chuan Liew Enterprise,
or Dave Tan (96580708) of Tan Peng Leng Trading.

We used them when disposing some office equipment.

High Point quoted me lump sum of $850 (with inclusive of est 50 boxes) and Quality Movers quoted me $580 (plus need to pay $2 refundable deposit on each box I take from them) after telling me how big my furniture are.

I've actually confirmed with another mover who helped moved DH's office. DH said they are quite okay. They came and quoted me S$450 (plus comment on my big fridge and sofa :roll:) and they will give me 40 boxes FOC.

Strange leh. My brother paid all in $300 for a 1x14' truck for High Point.

Quality Movers my friend said not bad. $450 sound reasonable. You give comments after your shifting experience OK coz I will also be shifting after Xmas...

I've completed my move and we chose yet another mover who quoted me even lower. Haha... (Had to return the boxes to the $450 mover by driving all the way to their place, cos felt very bad for canceling them after they delivered the boxes over to me). They are nice people lar, service is quite good (cos didn't o-gong me for canceling on them). :love:

My move of 2 truck load full was quoted at $380 plus 40 free boxes by another mover. 15 big and 15 medium sizes and those are quality, thick boxes. DH was happy with their service too cos they are very 爽快.
