Maybe you want to find out more from Mrs Wong first.Seem like kids in mid primary & upper primary are having congested issue in Radin Mas Primary
Maybe the relevant authority should step in conduct a check on RMPS!
Who to call? SCDF? Building Authority? MOE? Any expert can advise?
DS told me that parade square, basketball courts have been barricaded up and hence they have no space to play during recess time. -

Wow so terrible all the places with restricted access. The whole school should move to a temporary holding area like 1-2 year then back to the school with complete new building. :rahrah:
Would prefer it to tear down the entire building & construct new building. Save time in construction. The current method is like upgrading, old building which need to do some addition & alteration work. :rahrah: -

The school will be responsible. Occupiers' Liability?
Of course the school kanna if there is any accident. Maybe have to pay a huge fine : moneyflies:monmon31:
4M=44 students. Boy complaint the table is too low so his legs are in a award position. Said the chair is wobbly...
I have seen the chairs and tables at the school, they are a little 'small' for students of this generation and should be upgraded.
Dino mummy, the wobbly chair should be raise to teacher, otherwise, should there be an accident (touch wood), who is accountable? The student himself????? -

44 is a big no olri...i m in office, i chk w him tonite.
I checked with DD and she told me there are 46 in the class with 2 transferred from other schools. Her friend in 4M also reported similar numbers.
:yikes: :slapshead: then how many in 4A2?monmon31:
Hi Dinomum,
My boy told me that there are more 4A2 students transferred to 4M today. So, the class size is about 47-48 or more. Unbelievable!!!
Any reason given for this transfer?
My older DD had only 39 in her class last year. This cohort must be a bigger one. -
According to my boy, one of the transferred student is a 12 years-old boy from China who couldn’t really understand English.

The tables and chairs were re arranged cos of the lower Pri so he get to sit somewhr else yesterday.
Quite strange, is 4M is the best class, why do they accept one who barely understand English. Shouldn't the newbie joins another class first to determine the standard before moving next year. However, I forsee this newbie will soon be able to catch up.
I joked with my boy, with Kai Sheng (2nd in 3M) and Ishak (best in Pri 3 last yr) transferred, he may have a chance to be best in subj or top 3:> Indirectly, hoping he will work harder this year... -
Heard that the timetable & seating arrangement still not yet finalise. Some of the classes still not yet know their respective subject teachers.

I guess there's nothing we can do about the class size?
