Ok, received the new time table. Have to follow it immediately so no PE today for DD. and the coverted spelling list!
Received the Enrichment Programmes for 2012 as well. Deadline is 13th Jan 2012 -
my DD received new time table as well as the spelling list. Spelling starts from next fri onwards.
Just to check on the Enrichmnent Programmes, some can pay thru Edusave but how do we know how much does the account has? By default for all S’porean students will have the account? Or we need to apply for it? -
Hi Yo0638! I have the same question regarding how much we have in Edusave. But I’m guessing the deduction is not yet, probably as in previous Budget Days, we are expecting some top ups given by the Garment for our kids’ Edusaves? There’s a clause too in the Edusave form that any shortfall we have to top up by cash.
My gal’s interested in Fun Gym, so it is offered as a CCA for P1s? Or do you gals mean it as part of their PE lessons? -

i think we all have edusave. is this the $400 that was given to children some time last year? the CDA account has been closed in dec and then the monies transferred to the edusave account. right? haha
anyways, if i am wrong about this edusave thing, i am sure the sch will then tell us that we have to pay cash. haha

The Yearly contribution amount from the government to Primary Edusave is $200 per year. (Only for Singaporeans)

I am amazed at the list of compulsory enrichments, wished I had those during my days -
I thought they are for the CCA as well. DD is interested in badminton / Rope Skipping.

I only remembered going on excursions after examinations. Think there were also some subscriptions like Young Generation.
