so will they put them in the same class?lionheart:
yes both end.. Top student or weaker student. -
My son is in Class 2H. The school has retained the Maths TextBk. As such I am unable to check on his progress, or do any revision with him. I just wrote to the school if they can return the Maths TextBk on Friday and retain it from Monday through Thursday.
Does any parent share the same concern? -

Mine not the same class as yours so not too sure why they need to retain their maths textbook. Personally I can't think of any reasons why they need to retain their Maths Textbook also. -
hi workingmummy,
I checked DS bag yesterday (he’s in 2H also) - the maths textbook is in his bag. I asked if his teacher wanted to collect it, but he said no. -

Thanks for checkinghi workingmummy,

I'm asking DS to ask his Teacher to return it tomorrow. Strange, if it's not required, why did she collect it when he submitted it?
Btw, he has to attend Stretch for all 3 core subjects
-
Did you try calling up the teacher via the general office? Not sure if any MSG was lost in translation.
Take it positively that school is spending time and effort on your child. -
Hi WorkingMommy,
Yesterday is stretch english right but DD told me is math… -
I didn’t know got maths also…DS told me only English and Chinese stretch prog.

Dun worry too much, the Stretch is an enrichment program. This is especially helpful for those family that couldn't afford tuition. -
I felt the school ought to have provided ALL parents with more info about this stretch program, e.g. the objectives, selection criteria, duration, etc.,
My dd was happily not required to attend any programs, as she was told by her teachers the program meant for "students who need to improve on their grades"…
