      Hi,

May I know, which is the appropriate sentence?

My friend and I or My friend and me or My friend and myself are going for a stroll?
      Hi

I’d go for the subject pronoun.

My friend and I are going for a stroll.

      Best wishes

          Hi,

I need help with the following question:

Mr Chua likes to swim. His colleagues like to swim too. (as well as)

Mr Chua as well as his colleagues like to swim

          or

Mr Chua as well as his colleagues likes to swim

          or

Mr Chua, as well as his colleagues, likes to swim

I always thought as well as means and.

Then how does it change when it comed to "and"

Mr Chua and his colleagues like to swim

I greatly appreciate your comments. Thank you in advance.

                  I think
Mr Chua, as well as his colleagues, like to swim.

as well as has a similar meaning to and.

But in the top school exam papers answer sheet

                      It says as follows:

Mr Chua, as well as his colleagues, likes to swim. Initially I thought it is a typo error. But I saw in two (different school) papers. It uses the verb with s (likes). That is why bit confused. Even I thought the answer sheet should be correct since they are from 2 different schools. Thanks
