We went London & Paris last year June, just our family of 2 adults 2 children.
In Paris, we stayed TIMHOTEL OPERA - MADELEINE,very near to Printempts, location is great for shopping!
the hotel is ok, very small, but at least it's neat & clean. have 2 double beds which sleep for 4 of us comfortably..it's also near to the train station.. tho we book a cab from Paris disney which is quite reasonable. (we stayed 2N @ Disney before going to city shopping)... and we took the bus just outside the hotel which go straight to Gare Du Nord which we are taking the Eurostar to London.. as we have 2 big luggages, the train does not directly reach Gare Du Nord (needs to change train).. taking the bus was so convenient
In London, we stayed @ http://www.hyde-park-executive-apartments.com/
It's a small apartment.. i liked the location.. 2mins walk to the Queensway & Bayswater stations.. we especially love all the good food there too!! -
Nice to travel in Summer.. ..luggage was :faint: for us in Winter..
There is a huge outlet mall 5 mins away from Disneyland Hotel and they provide shuttle service. Good shopping de :moneyflies: -
But donβt you hate not being able to get a trolley at the airport.

We hired a van and the driver was really helpful.. Heng that day too..
coz if not :faint: with 9 pieces of luggage..
SIA parked really 'far far away' and after security checks, DH didn't get to visit the smoking room.. :stompfeet:
Soli :offtopic: .. :siam: -
Booked tickets to London for holiday in June. Just realised that uk will be celebrating the diamond jubilee during that period. Wonder if London will be very crowded. What should I take note of? Any advice?
