I'm afraid social services may not be able to consider as volunteers to get into the school at Phase 2B. Volunteers mean Volunteer Work for the Primary School.

Just my own analysis. :lol:

I think the registration process will be even more chaotic if social services pple are coming into the picture. There is tense competition at current levels. What if pple working in the govt sector coming in and ask if they need to be PV of school as they are contributing to the whole SG.

Wonder should I again do PV to let the DD enter primary schools where estimate around closing date should be June 2011.

I guess now PV selection may not be so easy as compare what we did about 2 years ago. :celebrate:

CHIJ Kellock doesn't accept PV. To get into P2B, you will need to be either a grassroot leader, or join the church.

For the benefit of those who are thinking of sending your children to Radin Mas Pri. Sch. (and provided you managed to catch this post after scrolling through 81 pages of information :!: ), below are some of the points highlighted by the principal during the orientation last Saturday:


1. School is aiming to go single session on 2013.
2. The principal explained the rationale for the reduced intake every year, but mentioned that the number has "stabilised". I take it to mean that next year’s vacancy will be the same as this year, i.e. 240.

I am looking for an after school care for my girl. According to the school bus driver, there is a girl attending HDB Hub Toa Payoh after school care. I am thinking of asking the same bus driver to fetch my girl to the same after school care so that it will not be so troublesome for the bus driver. However, the bus driver did not give much information on the after school care.

Does anyone knows of a Kellock girl attending a after school care in HDB Toa Payoh?
