      not selling, just sharing.

My family started using this, drinking the water using this filter. Both kids have been well. There have been so many fever and flu around. Just need to be careful.
My boy said that drinking the water actually make him more alert in class. That I am not so sure if it is the water or just himself feeling that way. Now he just enjoy drinking water, less soft drink. He also lost some weight, much fitter.

Drinking more water, whether filter or not is good for the body. remove tonic. 😄

I am happy with his change of mindset.

The water we drink must be pure, healthy, filtered, and boiled.

Today healthy and pure water is not available so we must boiled the water before drinking.
We must drink proper quantity of water daily. According to one study 12 to 16 glasses of water daily are enough for good health.
I thought just need 8 cups? I think besides drinking healthy water, we should all maintain a healthy diet (eat more fruits and vegetables, less oily and fried food) 😄

There are some filtration flasks/jugs featured in the Sunday Times today. Does anyone have any experience with any of them? Thanks in advance for your sharing.

Yes, drinking water is the best for health. It is for so many purposes.

Bought the filter 2 years ago for health reasons. There are several brands, but some of them require change of parts after 1 year...very ex. Using Amway. So much more convenient now 🕺
Even though our tap water is supposed to be safe, I still don't have peace of mind.

Jug/flask filtration systems usually do not filter off the smaller particles, eg, some bacteria or chemical.

Those connected directly to the taps use the pressure from the tap to push the water through so the filter can be much finer.

Proper amount of the water is needed to run the different body functions.

Now a days water is not pure and healthy, always take healthy, pure and filtered water for healthy life.
According to one research a normal person should eat 12 to 16 glasses of the water daily to maintain his health and prevent himself from various diseases.

EAT 12 to 16 glasses of THE water?

                      You mean \"drink 12 to 16 glasses of water\"

But then again, I still disagree. I can't even hit the 8 glasses mark. 16 glasses is way too much. I will puke out water even before I'm done with 10.

50% of hungry can be satisfied with water. All the metabolic activities are depended on our body’s water content. So pure water is an essential ingredient for our body.
