Staying within 1k from Hong Wen.

My son’s registration will be next year 2011… wondering what are the chances considering:
1) balloting for the past 2-3 years required for <1k
2) more housing completing around the area like Citylights, River Vista etc

Hong Wen is not exactly an academically accomplished school but yet seems pretty difficult to get in.

Must i check with the school bus driver whether will they come to my estate before registering my ger to the school? Cos transportation is my main concern. As HWS is quite far from my house and quite difficult to get in also so i hardly see HWS students in my estate.
