From the MGS website :

Within 1km = 38
1-2km = 1
Outside 2km = 6

Looks like there will be balloting within 1km. Sorry don't the SC/PR breakdown.

I called pei hwa twice today and the last time at around 3.20pm to check. Was told that there was 30 within 1km. As I am outside 2km, I thought there is no chance already even for ballot, and did not managed to register. I just realized from the post here that is ballot for outside 2km! I wonder if there is any recourse, really felt cheated!

oh dear, am afraid there is no way you can register at 2b now.
