It's a package type. Our 1st package was $300 (assessment + 3 treatments), 2nd package is $300 (5 treatments). Each session is an hour.Mandie:
BTW, could you share about how much each session? I have spent alot on the PD, each visit cost not less than $300

Hi Jennifer and GreenQ,
So I like this 中华医院 coz the medical service there is good and cheap.. Less than $10 per visit for 1 week medicine... (chief, I am not trying to advertise la...
).
I am also looking for a TCM for my son. Can you help me to understand, GreenQ seem to indicate that it is only $10 per visit but Jennifer's seem much more expensive.
Do they do tuina as well? Thanks in advance! -

Hi, the price I stated here is not TCM treatment. It's for some other treatment for allergies.Hi Jennifer and GreenQ,

I am currently seeing another TCM practitioner at Adelphi \"YS Healthcare\". http://www.yshealthcare.com/Physician.htmHi Jennifer and GreenQ,
I am also looking for a TCM for my son.
The fee is $12 for consultation, $6 for one day medication (so $42 for a week) plus $30 for tuina, so total $84.
So far we have went for 4 sessions for my younger boy. His complexion has gotten brighter.
I also bou my elder boy to this centre for two treatments. So far his skin peeling has lessen. The TCM practitioner said his weak digestive system causes the skin peeling. So far, the peeling on the hands has more or less stopped. Left the feet still peeling lightly.
But there are some lifestyle changes we have to undertake. For eg, no fast food, must drink very warm barley water like plain water daily, eat porridge with shan yao daily, steam dishes, most preferred way of cooking is to add everything (fish or meat & veg) into the porridge for max absorption, use a thermos flask in sch.
I did not update my experience here earlier becos I wanted to see more improvements in my boys first.
Yesterday I let them play in the swimming pool for an hour or so. My elder boy did not report an increase in skin peeling and my younger boy no recurrent of cough either.
The practitioner also does accupunture in young children. My elder boy tried it but felt dizzy by the 4th needle, so cant use this method. The reason for the dizziness was he is too weak. So although he is already 12 y.o. she uses tuina for him whereas many other TCM centres I made enquires will not do for a child who is more than 8 y.o. -

Chong Hwa Medical Institution doesn't have tuina service. The medical fee in this institution is privately funded by public donation and fund raising activities. Their aim is to provide affordable and quality medical service to all people who believe in TCM. The profesional physicians there are all volunteers and most of them have their own clinics outside.
I am also looking for a TCM for my son. Can you help me to understand, GreenQ seem to indicate that it is only $10 per visit...

We are paying $2 for registration fee and $2 - $8 or more for medicine depends on the illness. The consultation fee is FOC.
For more details, you can refer to http://www.singaporetcm.com/websites/eng/index.html
My boy has been completely recovered from asthmatic cough after seeking consultation for about half year from a physician who specialized in children illness there. I no longer worry for him during hazy and rainy seasons.

i use negative ionizer....type of air purifier..from BWL....korea hospital use in all their sick room.yes of course! i seldom on the air-con, cos DD is still small and always got runny nose and \"cold cough\" so doc advise not to switch on air-con.
My air purifier is just next to his bed, so he is breathing fresh air for 12 hrs when sleeping.. -
Dear all,
my poor 18-month girl had a bite (we really are not sure what exactly…) on her right leg. We thought it was normal mosquito bite and just put some cream and left it alone for more than a month. Later went to see a PD and claimed that there was an infection and was given a antibiotic cream. But after applying for a few days, the bite part had some improvement but the bacteria travelled to her lymph node (near her groin) developing a 2 x 2 cm absess (pus in it). Was referred to KK and they did an opn to drain out the pus in end Nov. But after two weeks of dressing change every alternate day, the wound seems not healing well and doc may want to put her on GA again and get some body tissue for testing…my girl is really suffering…
Does anyone heard or experience about such skin problem?
Am trying to seek second opinion at a TCM who can help on skin disease. Any out there who can recommend one?
Thank you so much!
chow
