Its YTPS which I called. Maybe what the school staff meant is for those applicants staying outside the 1km radius.

I am relieved to re-confirm that registration is open till 1 Aug 2012 and I intend to go and register tomorrow since I am staying within 1km from the school (nearest to my house)

Just called to enquire if TMPS received our online registration. Was told that as of 30 Jul 2012 at 4.30pm, 46 SC < 1KM registered for 30 vacancies. Good luck to us.
