2012 P1 Registration Exercise for 2013 In-Take

Gurus, i have asked about the academic or overall performance differences between Qifa and Clementic. Any advice? Why is Clementi a more popular school? Is it popular cos it is situated near to MRT and malls? Is that the only reason or the overall school program is more vibrant?
Btw, which are the christian schools around? Those non-methodist, non-catholic school? I dont suppose baptist church has any aff to any school in school? -

I don't have any data for Clementi Pri but Qifa posts the top 10 PSLE scores on its website -- they are in range for acceptance into the top 10 secondary schools. Qifa is kind of off by itself in West Coast....Clementi Pri is right near the MRT. This year -- for the first time in many years - Qifa filled up before Clementi Pri in 2C, and may actually be balloting for PR. Maybe this shift has something to do with the large number of new condos built in West Coast in the past few years....and the fact that Qifa has only 210 places, whereas Clementi Pri has 240.Gurus, i have asked about the academic or overall performance differences between Qifa and Clementic. Yes, it's the carbon copy. You got your choice school without balloting? :celebrate:
I think it depends on individual school?
When I registered (although under 2A2), the carbon copy was immediately given after registration on the same day, but w/o the principal's signature.
Was told that a separate letter w/ date of orientation will be given out if successful. -
anyone know when is the balloting time for Holy Innocent pri?

For my school, I got the carbon copy and another copy by mail to confirm the acceptance with the principal's signature.

Only upon receiving the letter, my mind was at ease although I knew i was guaranteed at P2A. -
Hi ppl,
I’ve just sold my flat, will they allow me to use my my rental address for registration? I’ve not purchased my next property yet, so tentatively "address-less". Anyone can advise on this? -

Take some time to read through the thread 'all about home addresses'! You'll probably find your answers.Hi ppl,

Recently on Today’s Online - Voice, several articles on alumni system being unfair when it comes to Primary School Registration…any view? I personally feel its unfair…alumni system should be abolished to allow greater clarity…is there already a thread about this? Please move me there…

Interesting side effect of the new rules, there are now schools which will have no PR pupils other than siblings and which are unlikely to have any in the future, and schools where PR kids will now be concentrated.
