2012 P1 Registration Exercise for 2013 In-Take

im not really sure about this... when we attended the school visit/tour in LPS, the principal said not all their vacancies can be allocated for foreigners. MOE only allots a certain number per school for foreigners...Only 15 vacancies were left last year because the school was only left with this number of vacancies at Ph 3, right?
So, if the school has 32 places this year and all SCs and PRs have already registered, it means all 32 places will be given to foreigners. -

Can we still withdraw our registration tomorrow to transfer to another school nearer our place? Thought there would be balloting but turned out there are still slots left.
