Not necessarily someone who knows all d details.Scorpion:
When its time for fun and gains, everyone sleeps together. But when things fall apart, everyone tries to tear the other to shreds.
Actually, I'm still very curious on how they got found out.
Someone close enough to knw all the details.... and that someone probably had no idea what's waiting.... maybe regret to death now?
Ppl always set off something without much thought that it could get out of hands....
All it needs is a complaint to CPIB to start things rolling n for it to unravel. -

if not this chap/gal in big hot soup... will have to live like a fugitive...
but she/he will be in the suspect list.... and narrow down to one or 2 likely one..
still may never be known ...it a guess only ..may be right too ........
if you piece the evidence together
... and must be an insider most of the time
very close to the case.... may be the biggest fry inside who knwo how to cover his track well ......
power struggle..................

CPIB will nvr publicly disclose whistle blower
seem some cases never have the whistle blower reveal ......
- they depend on d public to provide leads.
u may notice too dat in many cases,
d wan who gave d bribe is turned into key prosecution witness. -
Whether there is actually a corruption or some fancy conspiracy going on, based on the evidences there are no doubt that a extramarital tryst did take place. Both Gay and Cecilia are equally guilty and would have hurt countless people in their families.
How I wish Singapore criminalises adultery with corporal punishment as deterrent. I feel adultery is even more serious than rape and the punishment should be severe. Maybe chemical castration should be mandatory for adulterers. -

In latest Durex survey, SG women r ranked fifth most unfaithful globally (we lost out to our northern neighbours M n T).
Survey also ranked SG men, only lagging behind HKG men, as most promiscuous in Asia.
How to castrate so many n not affect TFR?

Chemical castration?
:rubhands:
Tell me more! Muahahahaaa!
