Didn't know nowadays registration for enrichment centre are also by phases. Faint.
Yes, existing students get priority. Even existing students can not change their time slot under the next phase is open. :slapshead:

Hi, am in the midst of sourcing English enrichment class for my girl who will be in P2 next year.

Can someone comment on the English classes (Achiever/High Achiever) vs Writer’s Toolbox provided by Mind Stretcher?

                    Which will be good?

                    Thanks & regard

Writer's Toolbox is purely on writing, which is itself just focusing on paper 1. Students brainstorm for ideas, craft sentences, integrate dialogue, develop storyline and descriptive skills, expose to different style of writing, polish writing skills etc. English classes, on the other hand, covers compre, vocab, cloze passage, S&T, just about everything in paper 2. There is occasional writing but little emphasis on this. It depends on your child's need at this stage. English class is for building on foundation . Writing class at P2 should be fairly basic at this stage, which IMO, parents can coach and practise with the child at home.
