Just a question what is the success rate for balloting?

as a general guideline, the school is in a graying housing estates with another popular Radin Mas Pri Sch. Furthermore, it is a Convent school so 50% less competition.

should not have any problem getting into.

So far to date I have only receive a letter from the school regards to Orientation day. 9th Nov.... Isn't there suppose to be another letter to get us to buy school uniform, books..... ?

You should get another letter from school reg. a registration day, when you sign up for school bus, buy uniforms and books, etc. Ours was in October. You can call the school office to check - 6273 0096.

Telok Blangah is more than 2 km from the school?! Do re-confirm; I think it should be within 2 km. Even if it is beyond 2 km, if your dd is a citizen, her chances are good. If not, then there is little chance, imho. All the best!
