          peapot:
Take health supplement so that you will also glow from inside!

I took collagen for a while.
Stopped when I realized my hair was very oily...but my skin was taut and definitely glowing.
My health supplements are calcium and cranberry.

          -sun block
-eye cream, but must not be too oily or there will be oil glands.

yes i agree, go out exercise more or if you're too tired... everytime you travel if its possible for you to walk(eg to bus stops/mrt), do it..

Drinking water is very good for the body to clear toxics too, hence better skin.

also, personally i think the best beauty tip is to have a cheerful heart, nothing beats having a positive spirit! 🙂 don't be so bothered and overwhelmed by life's stress :grphug:
