Thanks all, he will be pri 2, so no orientation letter, thou of just go down on the orientation day to get the unform for him.
-
Since your boy in P2 next year, maybe he have to take part in the promotional exercise? It’s on 14 Nov i think. Where they gather in the hall, then their Teachers will take them to the new class for 2013.
-
If other levels, you can get the uniform for him from the Shirley shop at Upper Serangoon any time.
As for books, look out for the book list. The dates available for buying the level books are stated there. No point going on any other day as the bookshop will not stock the books for that level unless it’s stated as the date for the level books to be sold. Alternatively, you can buy online and it will be delivered to you. -
does anyone know that in p1 this year 2012,when the child got promoted to p2 is there any change of classes?Do the school pre streamlined the child in p1 internally so that they can monitor the goods and the bads ones?

There is no streaming whatsoever in P1 and going into P2, period.

Hi parents
How is St Gab? I'm keen on sending my boy but not sure about \"reviews\" of the school. Would appreciate if anyone can tell me current situation of the school..?
-
To be honest, St Gab primary is a good school with sincere teachers and my experience with the new principal was pretty good. She even replied my email at 8pm. I have however changed my DS to another school with a SAP background this year after much mulling over because my family values the Chinese language and DS is such a potato that I was getting worried.
