My son will be in Ai Tong next year. But I have problem in arranging the transport…the bus vendor claimed that they don’t travel to my place! What should I do? We are working parents and can’t send him there everyday…I definitely need some advice…

        Talk to the principal.

As far as I know , the buses do go to remote places… My DS have a classmate that lives in Woodlands and she takes the school bus

The funny thing is: when we asked the vendor, they said they are not covering areas such as: Queenstown, redhill etc. Seems like places in the central and west are not covered, very strange…i really don’t understand why? Because they can cover as far as Tampanies and Pasir Ris…

Places like tampines and Pasir Ris are young town which there are more kids residing as compared to Queenstown and Redhill. If they go to Tampines, they could easily pick up 50 to 60 kids. On the other hand, it is not cost effective for them to go to places where they only pick up a few students.

What other options I can have rather than relying on the school bus vendor?

Hi! I am new here. My DD will be joining Ai Tong next year P3. May I know do I need to buy everything stated in the booklist?

How often will they wear the PE attire? When they reach school, do they go straight to the class or hall? How is the traffic there in the morning and afternoon?

Any other things I need to take note of?

                    Hi,

can some mummies enlighten me is there any diff between 4A and 4B? Is it there is some curriculum difference in the 2 classes? Previously from the talk, I thought if you are eligible for the top classes, u hv a choice like u want bicep or not. Confused.

                      Hi Ymy,

Welcome to Ai Tong! My DS is P3 too.

Which class yr DD will be in?

I would say most of the books except for the optional item and the Art item – which we already have that. There was a PSLE Science guide which I did not purchase, if there is a need, it can be purchase when the school reopens.

For PE it will be twice a week. The assembly point will be in the parade square.

As for traffic, I cant comment much as my DS took school bus.

                      Cheers
