My wittle dragon broke record for beginning to walk slightly before he turned 9mths old. He must be trying to catch up with his tiger chubs having fun having freedom to go everywhere around the house.

hi buds yes i hv fully recovered. mei mei still has a bit. but not serious i hope. i took fellow ksp advice and started taking care of myself. made myself chicken soup to drink, added DOM (leftover from first bb confinement) for extra oomph. after that recovery seems faster. or was is psychological? anyway thanks so much for ur concerns. :celebrate:

My bet is both the soup + DOM... AND also the psycho part did their magic.

Hi all ... into the 9th month now .... looking back at her newborn photos and videos from delivery room to yesterday .... time flies and she totally looks different every week ....


Just wonder if fellow mummies/daddies can share their knowledge with me on the followings~

1. Milk consumption is dropping quite drastically from 150ml (6th month) to 60~90ml (now each feed). Her menu is congee meal (with vege & eggs & minced meat) for lunch, steam fish (almost 1/5) for dinner and twice fruit puree (afternoon snack and after dinner snack). Total milk powder consumption a day dropped from 650~700ml to less than 300ml. (worried to see her chubbyness gone and can feel she quite bony when carrying). :slapshead:

2. Over the last 1 month till now, around 2~3am she starts to prone with backside up (knees in) and seems like \"digging in\" ... and then cries and wake up .... after comforting and carrying for awhile, she doze off and when placed onto the bed, she very soon change posture back to \"backside pointing up when knees in\" ... and the same cycle repeats almost every hour till morning 6~7am for her normal breakfast milk-time. Then in the day, these wont happen. Some told me this is \"colic\" but my surfing from internet on colic doesnt seem to have such symptons... anybody know what's wrong with my DD plz?

hi daddy circle.. i see the menu for ur bb...looks like she is eating quite a lot of solids. probably no worries. but if she starts losing weight (not chubbiness) then u must visit dr to find out the problem. my bb also sleeps like ur bb sometimes but she did not cry or wake up after that. has ur bb starts sleeping thru the night before that? is she teething currrently? could it be sleep regression?

Heh didn't know about this thread now joining; I have a 14 mths rabbit gal- should be a wild hare, looking at her.

Intending to send her to a childcare at 18 mths but my worry is she still can't walk (only a few steps she will stumble) and still gesturing. So thinking if 18 mths is still too early. *sigh*

I also planning to send my 13-month boy into child care when he turns 18 month. So, hope that he can walk and speak a little by then..
He still cant walk and cant speak now.. may be that is the different between home care and child care? No pressure from peers.. haa
