Managed to engaged VimBox Movers for my move and the services they provided was extremely good. Their prices was fairly high but it was all worth it. i would rate them 9/10 with the miss points for further improvements. I am sure that i will definitely will use them in my next move. ๐Ÿ˜‚

            BLACKLIST - Donald 84815700 !

Found this contact via craigslist for disposal service. Came to my place, viewed, quoted and claimed that he does charity work. He will help to give away the usable furniture. How noble! He arrived on time the day - very good, and with him came another man. The man came to pick up the dining set. For some reasons, the dining table could not be dismantled, the man left without a word.

This Donald also tried to mantle a while and went downstair with the helper to pick up something. I saw his small van moving out of the apartment and called him umpteen but refused to pick up. He never returned. No apologies; nothing. Plainly Irresponsible!

We had big items to discard when we move and the movers took care of them.. The charges are reasonably 'discounted' as most of the furnitures and stuff were still okay. We engaged 'The Family Movers' and their service was alright.. .. ๐Ÿ˜„

unfortunately i dont recommend moo movers. they were quite unprofessional.

i requested his moving service for our office on 30 Sept. we were fixed at 10am appointment but later on he changed it to around 12 pm instead saying that he gave me a 8 men team.

1230pm: we waited - no one came - called william: he said they might be having lunch
1250pm: still no one - william said they are โ€˜on their wayโ€™
130pm: only one guy came, not to start moving but to start a quotation
2pm: movers came, but wasnt 8 men, only 5men
330pm: moving done but not leaving, they were eating lunch
One mover approached me to ask for coffee money
                      345pm: movers left

                      Total quote was $600
With this incident i would not recommend it at all.

After posting this review. William from moo movers called and told me I shouldnโ€™t post my reviews.

His side of story was that they were delayed by the building management and that he will deal with the guy asking for coffee money.
I hope there is better communications.
