Where do I find the list of society , whose membership could get me a early registration for my son? I cannot qualify for any clan or church membership.

u meant a list of secret society..haha..

perharps you should ask the prospective school to see if they are affliated to the any clan/church. A quick check via their school website should give some hints

If want to apply Fairfield Pri,need join Fairfield Methodist church for how long,then can apply in phase 2B?

Does staying within 1km helps to get more priority?
Still need ballot in past years?

Moving to a location within 1 km of the school doesn't give you any priority. It only gives you a chance to at least participate in the balloting should it be required.

Based on historical statistics, P2B for those staying within 1 km were safe. However, it depends on the year's registration.

if i not wrong, you will need a letter from the church to recommend the registration at phase2b and the pre-requisite is that you will need to show both the parent and girls cert to the church..if i am wrong, pls correct.

No need letter. CHIJ is a Catholic school. Only baptism certs are required and you show to the school not the church. Don't disturb the church unless you lost the baptism certs.

Hi, I am new here. I am thinking of enrolling my girl in PLMPS. I am a Methodist and thus will come under phase 2b but I stay at Bishan, which means that I am staying more than 2 km away from the school. Am wondering whether I should be a parent volunteer in the school to ‘enhance’ her chance of getting a place in the school?
