Do u need to bring yr Scooba fm room to room to mop, and to charging station? Or will it do everything by itself (similar to roomba)?Coolkidsrock2:
Is it Scooba for kitchen and Brava for living and bedrooms?
Scooba is great for all hard floors - whole house. Super super clean! But might be a bit wet for parquet than Brava for some people's liking -

I have 2 vacuum robots (irobot & LG Roboking). Aft 6 mths of using both, i sold my LG Roboking & bought another irobot fm qoo10 using the $100 coupon discount last wk.Hi all
I am going to be maidless end of this year. The thought of this and that i will have to cook, mop, clean and all really seem daunting!
BUT i am even more put off with idea of training a new maid and the \"insecurity\" of leaving kids with maid....
So now researching furiously on how to make life better without a maid.
I see many robot cleaners on Q0010 which seemingly also have decent reviews. Roomba cost abt $600-800 while the no brand types cost abt $200. Can anyone who has tried both types guide me? I wonder if the price difference is worth me trying out the no brand types.
Conclusion : although irobot is more expensive, i still find it stronger in performance, more reliable (less chance of getting stuck at obstacles) & easier to clean. -

Anyone can recommend a good clothes dryer? My laundry area doesn't have windows nearby, so can only consider condenser dryer?
If you want to save money and space (for the dryer), hang the washed clothes at any of your window. -

Yes, iRobot can vacuum 1000sqft in 1 charge.Hi all...
Need to ask some infos here..about the roomba iRobot for vacuum and Brava robot for moping.
1. Can it vacuum /mop a flat around 1000sqft in one time charging?
2. Where to buy them with good deal/discount at this moment?
Thankssss
Brava also can mop, but not recommended, coz u need to wash the cloth, else it'll just mop the dirt fm 1 side to another.
Bought mine fm Autovacstore. -

RE: Rental questions
GiftedGem:
Fully agree.
I am willing to lower the rent to have tenants who are house-proud.
My previous tenant, Korean family kept my unit spick and span after 2 yrs.
Thk it depends on luck also. I rented out to korean young ladies & omg! really messy
Instead my north indian tenant kept the apartment really clean.
Depends on individual, rather than nationality.
