First and foremost your DS has done great, 9M is a great score.

Can see that he still wants to give IP a try with 9 and looking at a good boys school in the east VS O. Your concern is valid. If so, the only thing you can do is to have a good 3rd and 4th options as safety net with AL10 and 11 for past two years. You can look at past trend of their tscore to have a gauge. But be prepared for the chance of getting the 3rd or below.

How abt the 5th and 6th choices? What are his feasible options?

Not true. For example, check SCGS O level and Crescent girls O level. They moved in opposite directions.

We cant guess anything. Apply and pray to God if you believe in one.

Many thanks for your reply. my DS got an AL9M. When we planned for his choice of school, we realized

1. TJC (2022 cop is 9; 2021 is
2. VS O (2022 cop is 10; 2021 is 9)

This means if we put the two schools as 1st and 2nd choice, there is a chance we may not be able to catch any of them and end up landing at the 3rd choice :scared:

Did anyone receive any update from TJC following MEP selection trial ? I'm asking because kid attended the selection trial and I wonder if there's another round of interview because there was a short interview conducted during the day of audition.

We also never heard anything since the 1st audition on 23 June. Think its probably a done case liao
