My daughter is a foreign national taking HCL at her SAP school, now she’s going to Sec2, has tuition in HCL bishan and private once a week, but her score is still C5, we’re Chinese but came from a -non Mandarin speaking- family,

Thinking of moving her to Wang Learning but confused which branch to go. Have been calling AMK branch several times they said they will get back to me but until now nobody reach out, is it normal?
We live near AMK/Serangoon
Private teacher recommendation would be appreciated too

My son’s teachers keep telling us that he’s gifted and talented in music but I don’t know how to support him because my hubby and I didn’t have music background. He got his abrsm grade 5 certificate in less than a year study from zero, but current music school has so much problem so we call it quit. He likes to compose music pieces as well but he’s a very shy 14 yo. Anyone has recommendation for serious lesson/ appropriate teacher to groom him in music? He studies in International school so he has time to do after school enrichment.

How many % of our OP students go to JC/IB and which JC/IB and how many go to Poly? 😬😬😬

She didn’t want to sleep yet because she wants to study MORE, esp Science

because the amount of materials need to be covered is no joke, and the fact that she just joined SG primary at P4 so she missed a lot of things (esp in Science & Chinese)

She had tuitions after school (we don’t speak Mandarin so Chi 3times/week), after went home she made her own NOTES.

She actually likes to sleep :oops:

From July onwards til PSLE my dd slept only 7hrs per day, mostly did Science & Chinese revision but both got “only” AL3 🫠 and now her growth is not optimal, don’t lose sleep over PSLE 😝 it’s not worth it lol
