Hi, anyone has received results from St Margaret Secondary School?

      Thank you.

I called them a couple of days ago. Their reply was that they'd be sending out letters at the end of the month, not earlier.

      Thank you Ms Tay šŸ™‚

I have been checking letter box diligently šŸ™‚ they seem to prefer snail mail rather than email or call šŸ™‚ good luck to all šŸ™‚

Can I check if there is any orientation as I am considering placing my child in 2015 and thus have to register in 2014.

You may want to consider to attend their open house next year (before the registration for the new intake for Year 2015).

The orientation in Nov is for children joining the school next year.

    • RE: All About Kids' Eye-sight

      Hi

My DS is suspected to be long sighted and he is 7-years old. I have made an appt at SNEC and they have assigned Dr Sonal. Has anyone here seen Dr Sonal? And also, what are the charges for the tests like? They only advise the consultation charges but not the tests. If any parents can share with me, much appreciated.

      :thankyou:

      Cheers

      Hi,

Queenstown Pri School (Qtps for short) is having their open house on the 13th July (next Sat). It will be good to see what they offer. Maybe you can ask someone to check out the school on your behalf if you are not able to make it.

      Cheers

Parents who are concern about your child's eyesight can consider giving them omega 3 which is rich in EPA and DHA, studies have shown that omega 3 is beneficial for the eyes. Also omega 3 is great for the brain development too. Other than that, we can consider taking G3 juice. This nutrient rich juice is wonderful and children will love it!

      what is G3 juice? šŸ™‚

Hi Rose, call the school and speak to the principal, Mrs Chua, directly. She is very open and forthcoming to talk to any parents.

Great school and teachers! No regret sending my children there although we have options of sending them to the so-called \"elite\" schools. Glad we didnt do that. Qtps doing great as well producing top students.

      Cheers
