Actually Virgin coconut oil is also a very good alternative.... it is a very good dementia preventive oil, infact many hospital already prescribe coconut oil as treatment for dementia. It also increase metabolism.... I used it for my diabetic treatment ... now fully free from it.... In my opinion, better than olive..

May I know how do you used coconut oil in daily meal? Since virgin coconut oil has very strong odour and taste?

My hubby’s family have Eczema problem… They have been applying steroid cream to keep Eczema in control. He hardly apply diligently as he said it can’t be cure. In Singapore, weather is hot and damp, his eczema keeps breaking out.

So instead of using steroid, I keep looking for something which is natural and is steroid free. I did get cheated with some of the creams I bought. Then recently a friend got me a cream, made with all natural ingredients.
To my surprise and my hubby as well, the cream works wonder! We can see that from patches of red and swollen and bumpy skin, it has transformed to an even and smooth skin, of course with some left behind black scars he scratched them!
Says NO to medicated steroid creams!

We are all businesses, our own lives, our investments, our families, ourselves. These are part of our very own business in life, but why is it that we just focus on investments? Didn't investment itself teach us to mitigate risks?

The world is designed to protect the rich. The richer you are the more incentive and protection you are getting directly or indirectly. Eg. Perks from different banks and businesses, the rich get to loan big amt of money for investment that will bring them even more $$$!
Everyone on this world need money to survive. Every single thing we need can only be exchanged with money. Even the health nowadays can be exchanged with money. Traditional method of earning money is to sell our time, that make most of us an employee with a pay cheque which is just sufficient to survive without dying.
Another alternative to make more is through investment. The simplest is stock market. It's easy to begin with and the start up \"capital\" is much lower compared with a small business. A healthy stock investment would be able to generate a decent 3-5% dividend... an amt better than bank interest definitely.

If that’s the case of Malaysia’s government negligence and selfishness, I urge the family of casualties sue the government.

China family is rich. Must give the Malaysia government a good lesson.
