    • RE: The Alternative Story (TAS) - Discussion

      Hi

Anyone interested to sign up with me to enjoy the group discount available for the TAS holiday classes?

I have 2 girls and I’m keen to sign up for Love to Write with AMK branch.

According to TAS’s reply, as long as there is a group of 4, the discount will apply even if the kids are ofdifferent ages or in different branches.

Let me know by pm… Thanks.

      Hi

Is there anyone that takes guzheng as CCA?

Did you buy a guzheng for your gal to practice?

If yes, pls share what brand and your contact to buy the guzheng.

      TIA

      BigDevil:
Depends on which combo you picked. The cheapest desk I believe is $1200, and chair ranges from $598 to $700+.

Discount is for a set...don't think there's any discount for desk alone.

Give them a call to find out more. http://www.kinderfun.com.sg
Thanks will call them later... 😄

FYI, Kinderfun is having National Day promo. $450 off a set of table and chair, plus a $50 voucher which you can use to buy table lamp or ergonomic schoolbag.

What the discounted price of the set of table and chair? Any idea if there is any promo for just the table?

      TIA

    • RE: Tutor MathsGuru: Ask me for your burning Maths questions!

      Muffins:
Hi chanpy, the correct answer is 9 bags. As there are 4 cupcakes in each bag, 4X8=32 only, not 34, so the next number of bags would be 9! :yikes:

Thanks for the reply. Told my gal to check again with the teacher and the answer is still 8 bags :? Guess just have to leave it..

Tagged as challenging question for P2 -

Mary baked 34 cupcakes for her friends. She packed 4 cupcakes into each bag. What is the greatest number of bags she needed to pack all the cupcakes?

What would be your answer - 8 or 9 bags?

The answer given by the teacher is 8 bags.

Appreciate advice on how to explain to kid.

      TIA
