u can try calling 65659390or 96366996 (Mr Koh) tuition centre, Jurong area I’m in Ngee Ann poly now.from my own experience Mr Koh and his tuition centre is excellent in helping students in science, math, and POA.personally i science(PHY/CHEM), Math, and POA when i was in sec3, all the way up till my O’s. some parents feel that 1 to 1 tuition would be better, but trust me, you won’t regret sending your child to his tuition centre. however, his fees are considered a little more expensive than others out there. but he assured me that i will get and A in my O’s (i thought he was arrogant back then, but it did came true and i got As for every subject he taught me)he had a unique way of teaching, by incorporating friendship and humor at sometimes but extremely strict in attendance and attentiveness.

I am appalled to hear the school’s reply. Please do all you can to protect your child. Make sure you pursue the matter till you are satisfied. I know schools like to sweep everything under the carpet. They don’t want to involve MOE as much as possible but in this case of bullying, you should call up MOE again and demand that if the superintendent do not call you the next minute you are going to the press. It always works! Another day you drag this matter, your poor child is suffering another day and at P2, still can savage matter by looking for another alternative school. IF the school is not proactive, I think there is nothing about this school that should stop you from transferring your child. Don’t call the school. Go to the school immediately and ask to see the P or VP whoever you can ask for. Take pictures of your child’s blue black wounds and make as much noise you can. Calm though. The schools always thinks that parents overreact but if your child suffers long term trauma, ultimately he will be scarred and to that, MOE does not care so you have to fight for yourself and your child. All of us support you!Whenever my son gets bullied on the school bus (by the same older boy), I will ask him to recount everything, check out the truth from another boy in the bus then look for Bus company head. If he does not get boy to apologise, I called the school. I am against bullying especially in cases where older ones bully the younger helpless ones.Keep us posted of the outcome and one more time, remember, you did not do anything wrong to pursue the matter. Go ahead and make sure justice is done! All the best!
