    • RE: June Holiday Enrichment - Swimming

      kitty2:
      ParentOfXJ:

Does anyone know of any good beginner swimming programmes for 6-7 yo during the June holidays? Prefer the more compact schedules since no school on wkdays, e.g daily for 10 days at 2 hrs each, with some break in between.

Not sure if anyone has come across. TIA

My son had the above course before but he's from YCK swimming pool.If you're keen, let me know.

      Hi Kitty2,

Please share more........ I'm interested! πŸ˜„

    • RE: Fernvale Primary

So far, I’ve no complains about the school.

My DS enjoys going to school. I like the fact that this school only has morning sessions. And the school organizes many talks for parents.
It breaks my heart to see my DS drenched when walking to the car in the rain. However, I have learnt to accept that (no choice mah).
At Fernvale, at least I still get to drive in to let DS alight at the foyer in the mornings. I have heard of other well-known schools where the kids are made to walk all the way in from the front gate. Hope FVPS will never do that!

      Jav:
Thanks cookies for the feedback. Any feedback on Tanglin CC branch? My place is near to both branches.

Only sent my boys to the one at Palais Renaissance.
Wanted to change to a branch or other enrichment centres nearer my home,
but since they are happy there, I did not change. πŸ˜›

    • RE: Berries - Discussion

      Jav:
Anyone has any comments on Orchard Branch in the Nursery & Kindergarten level?

the teachers are very nice and patient. i did not send my boys to other chinese enrichment centres, so cant compare. but i have no complains about berries (orchard).

my boys love going to berries.
my younger DS prefers berries (orchard) to his childcare (this childcare has a lovely environment).

my elder DS used to dislike chinese ........ now, he loves chinese, after attending berries (orchard).
