Should it be of concern if a JC2 girl is asked to stay all by herself in a hotel room cos there are odd of of girls going for the trip (the rest are in twin sharing)? It is a 8 days trip to Europe. Please advise.

Anyone experienced a period that lasted longer than usual meaning it ended then came again after a few days? It ended with spotting for 2-3 days then it began again. It’s happening to my girl in her teen, really worried for her. Will get her to see a gynae but is there anyone with similar experience?

According to dd’s dentist, braces can correct overbite but not sure about underbite. But then again, your dd could be too young for braces.

Can consider adding black sesame seeds in your diet. For my family, we add a dash of that as toppings to our rice daily. They are healthy seeds so no harm trying.

But then again, there are people who are not suitable to take cod liver oil.

My dd is using a 2nd hand Zimmermann which is more than 12 yrs old.

1-2 keys are sunken and one of the strings broke.

Will it be expensive to replace the string and repair the keys?
Any good recommendations to do the repairs?

Friends have suggested evening primrose oil, so my cousin is trying it out.

Wonder primrose oil helps?My friend is having this problem too and has heavy menses and didn't stop.She doesn't want to take hormone replacement tablet as may cause cancer.Wonder TCM helps?

According to my cousin, her condition improved after taking the primrose oil.
Maybe u can try getting a small bottle to try it out first.
