for Upper Secondary -

students are dismissed at 1.30 pm / 2 pm / 2.30 pm, depending on what subject combination you are taking.

There is a very big jump from Year 2, into Year 3 subject content

Do the secondary girls go on a 10-day timetable or 5-day timetable? I saw only 5 days whereas many schools do 10 days, and I was wondering if I missed out part of it. They seem to be dismissed even earlier than primary school 🤭

Both methods above will ensure you get considered for affiliation entry for O level stream.

No combined science. Usually total 6 classes. Triple science number varies. I used to follow and find that the number really varies so I can only imagine it depends on demand. Also for double science, some years there are more phy chem, some years there are more bio chem. This year sec 4 O, there is a class with 10 subjects - 3 science 3 humanities. And so they actually sit for 11 exams since the combined humanities is social studies and something else. I dont know how they study

There is a briefing on Friday (10 January 2020), to 2020 P5 and P6 students parents. I think Principal will be announcing the new Affliation Cut off point, under AL system, since already reach P5 Upper primary this year

This year, 5F, H, J and P got the hods. I hope P will shed some light on the affiliation points under the AL system.

It appears that most HODs are evenly distributed to most (if not all) P5 classes this year. I am not too sure of the rest of the levels. However, I must say that some non-HOD teachers are equally good.

They are usually held on CCA days, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 2:30pm.
