According to my ds, it is only for twk9-5, and they will choose 10 kids from each class. That's why kids must write a personal statement and give reasons why you should be selected, etc.
my ds said he don't want to go cos been there before.

Heard if too many students interested in going, the T i/c will also interview some kids why they should be given the chance to go. Btw, mine also mentioned same reason as yours šŸ˜‰

My ds is very keen to go. I think he likes the idea of being with his friends for a few days. Any parents whose kids have gone before when they were in P4? The form mentioned airfare, does it mean they fly there? How? Go to JB to take the flight? I don't think there is direct flight from SG.[/quote]My DD is interested as well. Heard from some P5 kids that last year they've the choice to go either Malacca (May) or China (June). But this year, 've not heard any news on the China trip yet. Don't know whether still the same.

This is so unfair! In the first place, if she's not properly attired, she shouldn't even be allowed to race. If they allow her to do so, then if we won, they should honour it!

Blame it on the coach for not giving clear instructions on dress code! :x

Maybe some other teams complained after the race was over. You know, this is quite common in horse racing. It must have been a shock for the girls. Imagine in their PSLE year and they still bother to represent and try to earn glory for the school.

Feel sad for the girls .... šŸ˜ž

      Ya... so unfair

The stand-in coach should be :spank:

Latest Sports News from My Gal, the \"Occasional\" Reporter :

Pei Hwa's Track & Field Team (Her P6 Classmate is a member) Came in 3rd in the Team Event ....
They Have Fought Very Hard, From the Last Position (8th) at First and Emerged 3rd at the Finishing Line ....

      But Unfortunately ....
Receive NO MEDAL for their Effort ....

      Reason?
One of the Gal is Not in Proper Attire!

      Huh?
Guess What Attire She's In to cause this Dis-Qualification?
      no socks?

Think you shld not mention the loop holes so clearly, sch staff might b reading this post too.

      serious boh....chop-chop šŸ˜‰

ēœŸēš„吗ļ¼Ÿ They would rather channel the staff to read the post here than to handle formal feedback? Have been sending them a few queries and feedback since beginning of the year, but all go down the drain, so upset. Perhaps will be more effective to post here.

By the way, I've a DD in P4.
