I have some questions regarding A level admissions to University.

1. A level exam results are in Feb - when I was checking UK university academic year - it seems it is Sept onwards.
does that mean they loose the time OR have vacation from Feb - Sept ?

2. Does A level student also receives predicted scores like IB Student?
IB students receives conditional offer basis their predicted score, does this also takes place with A level students?
