No.It is the letter for p2,p3,p4,p5,p6 which states which class they go to next year.

      We just received it today.
Although I heard that some parents have not seen it in their letterbox yet too.
      Maybe sent by batches.

My DS got into the Sec 3 IB track and also the subject combination we want...so happy:)

JRLam: all sec 3 need to take chemistry with Physics or Bio if you are taking 2 science subjects.

      Cheers !
Thanks SS66. Sounds like you have a mature and intelligent boy 🙂

May I know what are the subject combination offered to Sec 2ers? How many classes are there for each combination? What are the results require to get into each combination?

I know I am v KS to want to know it now  My son didn't do well in Sec 1 although he improved in his SA2. So I am trying to know what's the expectation in Sec 2.

      Thanks!

To Parents of 2013 Sec 2 boys going to Sec 3 in 2014,

Can you advise if are all 2014 sec 3 classes having minimum 2 pure scicence subjects? or is this only for boys with better results?

If not, how many classes have combined science as a subject?

      Thanks.

      Hi

Have any of the parents here sent their children to the above trip to Vietnam before? What do you think of the trip? Is it worth the time and money?

Personally I find the cost of the trip much higher than market rate of a similar duration tour package. We are not informed of the detailed itinerary or accommodation etc, just a relatively general understanding of what’s to be covered in the trip, and we have to pay for the full (with subsidies) fare now.

My dc has not been to any of the overseas’ trip before.

      Anyone care to share?

      Thanks.

      Studious mummy:
      Hi parents,

My son is in P3 this year..
Hemm..seems like the P4 parents are not so active in this thread hor ..... always see P3, P5 and P6 ..

FYI - my dd scored 89 for maths in SA1, and that puts her in the 79-percentile! I almost fainted :faint: ...To me, 89 is considered good, but 一山还有一山高。。

I know someone scored 99 for Maths in P6 Sa1 :yikes:
