Toddles, you have PM.Working directly with my son gave us some benefits though…(1) Our relationship is very strong because neither he nor I are expert. We journey and learn together. He is very grateful to me and loves the warmth and cosiness of working together with me.(2) My son has highly customised learning. In Math, he is pulling ahead and very keen to start on a very interesting chapter on cumulative frequency that he found in a Sec 4 textbook. But that is the last priority, we need to sort out Chinese first. In Chinese, by going at his pace… slowly and surely, he is making progress without feeling stressed.(3) He has become a highly independent learner. Learning is now fun because we don’t focus on grades when we work at home. We focus on HIM and what he thinks he can do, wants to do… and thinks he should do… with my input of course, and in view of PSLE… but with detours when we have extra time.It just takes some effort to have to butter up his Teachers to get them to view it kindly when I tell them that he won’t be completing this or that piece of homework.

My DD1 has been going to chiropractic for adjustments for the past year. She walks with 2 feet pointing inwards and one side was quite bad. After going for 1 yr, her problem has improved a lot. Glad we decide to commit to help her through Chiropractic.
