Does anyone know of such a thing as low carb noodles? What are they made of?
Think you are referring to Shirataki noodles. They are made from elephant yam. You've most probably eaten it before without even realising what it is. You can find them in Sukiyaki, you know, that grey looking springy mass of tang hoon looking thingy. That is shirataki noodles. -

Since my kids started their morning session this year, I have been waking up at 5.30am and after sending them off, I will do about 1hour of brisk walking or jogging. Now that the holidays are here, I think my exercise schedule is at risk!
You'll have a different kind of exercise running after your kids? -

RE: Where to buy a Christmas tree?
After shopping around, I got mine last year from Spotlight over at Plaza Singapura... We bought one with PVC needles as in the Number 2 of the needle types enumerated here - http://www.balsamhill.com/Understanding-Different-Artificial-Christmas-Tree-a/163.htm
Spotlight was a convenient one stop shop for the rest of the stuff too... from decorations to lights. The range of lights was good too.
