I went to "Real Yoga" at Centerpoint, Level 6 for a trial and they seem to have a children’s yogo class on Sunday only.

RE: Choosing and Evaluating Primary Schools
Hi, qms
I am sorry, I didn’t know that I need to make a self-intro first..I have been just reading through the posts from “P1-Registration~~” and was not aware of those thread. Btw, what is “SOP” and “KSP”,com?
It looks like I’ve just cut a que and made a posting here. Please excuse me.
I know my child best, of course, but honestly, I don't know much about the schools.
I was not educated in Singapore and so I am not very familiar with the education systems/schools in Singapore.
What I know about the schools are, PeiChun is good for Chinese (is it called SAP school?) and ACS has affiliate secondary school, Pei chun and River valley are mix school /double session etc. That’s all I know about the schools.
I understand that it is the parent to decide a right school for their child. So, in order to make the better decision, I would like to have \"ANY\" valuable information from \"more experienced parents\". Thanks !
Hi, jedamum
Thanks for your feedback! I will take note for the option too.

RE: Choosing and Evaluating Primary Schools
Hi all,
This is my very first time to post and I’d like to seek your valuable advice.
My son is entering Primary School in 2013. We have searched some schools and come out with the following schools as options.
1)\tPei Chun Primary – We can register under Phrase 2A as my husband is an old boy from the school. But, I feel that the travel distance is quite far as we are staying in River valley.
2)\t ACS Junior - we can register under Phrase 2B as we are a Methodist church member. However, we should be going for balloting or maybe we don’t even have a chance of balloting as we are staying more than 2Km from the school.
3)\tRiver Valley - we can register under Phrase 2C as we are staying within 1Km from the school. However, from the balloting histories of this school, they might be a balloting even within 1Km, if we are not lucky. (There was only one time balloting within 1km for the past 5 years).
Considering this situation, Pei Chun will be the safest /less stressful choice but would the Pei Chun be the really “best choice” apart from the distance??
Or, would it be worthy to try ACS Junior even though the chance is so slim?
Apart from ACS Junior and not considering distance, which school would be a better choice between Pei Chun and River Valley, in terms of academic, environments etc?
If you were at my situation, which school would you choose?
Any advice will be really appreciated.
Thanks
