A levels has short sharp bursts of stress, but IB seems to have more constant stress (can't say whether lower intensity or not) because of continual assessment. My daughter's friends who did IB seemed to be constantly having deadlines looming, and a lot of stuff would count towards the final grade. Of course, there is personality - my daughter is generally the not-too-stressed kind, and only really got slightly more stressed twice a year (exam time).
Yes IB has a lot of project works and deadlines to meet hence can be stressful for some. My daughter graduated from ACSI last year and I must say she enjoyed her 4 years in MGS and 2 years in ACSI very much!We did ask her, coz she heard project based learning and might have gotten the impression not as stressful as A levelslonejean\" post_id=\"2004795\" time=\"1606446980\" user_id=\"15661:
What is the reason for her being more interested in mgs? Is she more interested in mgs because of its IB or something else (like I really loved their library and swimming pool)?

My daughter’s interview with NUS also lasted about 15min per station. I believe it should be the same for all applicants.
In fact, there were two stations with each one lasting for 15 mins only for NUS this year. The whole interview was about 30 mins. I think it's a bit short for the interview. I wonder if it was the same for every applicant.
-

Hi,susme\" post_id=\"1974151\" time=\"1588723121\" user_id=\"56673:My son was unsuccessful after the interview and was given to study course of his second choice. This was make known on the NUS application status portal and followed by an sms sent to notify him. I believe those not unsuccessful has been notified. So if your child application status is showing \"still in processing\" there is a very high chance of being offered or place on the reserved wait list. You will get to know it by May 11. Most of my son's friends are also having status in processing and waiting for NUS outcome, so do not worry.
Fortunately my son still got another chance at NTU and also waiting for the outcome. Will keep you posted if any news from my side. Good day!
May I know when did your son get the notification?
