I knw there will be balloting for next yr 2018
What abt the chances for north spring primary for P2CS after P2C (at rivervale pri cant get in)

Any advice frm existing PV in that school like how they evaluate my contribution to qualify as a PV

Mine also born in the year of dragon but the first boy

Tough year cos wil fall in phase 2c but hopfully can apply for pv so that can level up to phase2b
