Hi all, need some suggestions here… my 14yo daughter used to hv very mild allergy but after getting her 2 pfizer jabs last year , her skin started to get very bad rashes, until today .We hv brought her to see 2 GP doctors and they says this is eczema and only gave her some cream/ lotions…. Now her 3rd booster jab appointment is coming soon and I am hesitate to let her go for it…. I am in dilemma, any parents heard of similar case on teens? We received shortlisted notification today too. And yes, I am surprised that we are allocated only 15mins of interview + audition time.
Only 15mins will determine the child's future! :slapshead: :slapshead: :slapshead:

Anyway njc has no O level option.
Based on my conversation with a secondary school's principal that offer both IP & O-level track (girl school), based on the primary school result/data fed to MOE (this has been happening for quite some time already), MOE can perform analysis and predict a student's potential up till O level. The secondary school has access to such information in assisting their DSA selection. I don't think primary students had done any psychometric tests thus the info is just a tool to help (not absolute) especially for selecting DSA via non-academic domain. Whether a student is offered O level or IP track is of course decided by the school DSA committee. If your kid has applied to an IP only school (e.g. HCI, NYGH, RI, RG, NJC & etc), he/she will of course need to join the IP programme. Students academic performance will of course be monitored closely every year (if not every term) and if cannot make IP JC standard, can join the \"O level\" class to take O level exam.dsanew\" post_id=\"1985856\" time=\"1594780765\" user_id=\"186911:
Thank you for all the feedback, but I think deeper🤔...If MGS offer us CO, the chances of going into IB is slim because based on my daughter’s result she is between 75-80 range in neighbouring sch. Her score is consistent and improved slightly throughout the years.....but not IB quality. 🤣 the school will choose student To go IB that score all subjects around 90 for pri4-5 .
And if they really put my girl in IB, mean they see potential in her to grow in IB. Is my analysis valid?
Anyway, this phase is just about e-interview and e-selection test. We should be sharing about the process and questions that had come out (based on those that had already attended e-interview or e-selection test). Only need to think about IP or O level if CO is really offered.
Im only telling mama mon not to be too concerned at this stage, since the school shortlisted , so it means they feel her child can handle.
Thank you everyone's sharing and point of view. True, I should not concern too much now, let the school decide. The interviewers are experienced and should able to spot the right candidate for the school... :xedfingers: hope for the best!

Just received email from MGS, they say the school will decide which stream (O/IP) the applicant will go.
