Hi parents, I'm interested to register my dd in this sch but I do not have any religion. Would appreciate if you can share info about whether your child recieve any religious teachings in sch?
Is ok if u do not have any religion. They wun force the child to attend the lesson unless u want.

Yes unlike before when there is no forcing but it was very obvious to students that they were in mission schools as had nuns and brothers, even daily prayers.

Hi bible classes once a week for catholics and it is optional for others, up to parents to opt in our out. Schools nowadays quite secular. -

I think they are selected during RG lessons, based on flexibility etc -

Mommybaby:
Question - my DD told me that her teacher told her that even on days that she needs to wear PE uniform, she still needs to wear the black shoes that she usually wears with her pinafore. How can that be? How is she supposed to run with those shoes? Or is she supposed to wear black running shoes?
Depends on the shoe, some of the girls wear all-purpose black shoes for PE and non-PE days. -

Can anyone help me with these two questions...?
1)Is the Pupil Helpmate the small blue (ordinary) notebook?
2)Just discovered in shock that some items are missing although we have ordered them.... May I know if we can get it directly from the Pacific Bookstore or does MCS have any bookstore in the school?
Thanks....
1) Yup
2) Yes MCS has a bookstore, open almost everyday -

while cooking at home may not be cheaper, at least you know what you put in your food. you control how healthy you want to make it by using all natural or pre-made.
I believe that too. Home cooked, we control what to put, how much to put e.g. salt, oil. -
RE: Legoland Malaysia
Dawnie:
For those who have been to Legoland, how many hours did you spend there? Are there any cafe outside Legoland that I can sit around while waiting for my hubby & boy? I'm heavily pregnant, don't feel like paying for a ticket to go in as I can't walk for too long.
Hi Dawnie
Some cafes outside the park if you can sit there the whole time. The mall is not huge though. No entertainment unless you bring your own stuff.
